Link your Starbucks® Rewards Account

Go to the Member tab on the Starbucks® Flagship store in Lazmall and click Link Existing Membership. Type in your Starbucks® Rewards login credentials and link.

Earn 1 Star for every Php25 spent on Starbucks® LazMall. For every 100 Stars, redeem a free drink, pastry, or slice of cake from any of our stores.



Stars will be credited to the customer’s Starbucks® Rewards account 7 days after successful delivery of order. Any stars earned from a cancelled or retired or refunded order will automatically be adjusted (debited) from the Starbucks® Rewards account.

Only purchases from the official Starbucks Flagship store will earn Stars. Orders made in Starbucks at Home store or Starbucks Ready-To-Drink or other stores on Lazada are not eligible.

What are the requirements so I can earn Stars?
You have to be a Starbucks Rewards member and own a Lazada account so you can link both accounts and start earning Stars on your Starbucks Flagship store purchases.
I am an existing Starbucks Rewards member, how can I earn Stars on my Lazada purchase?
Go to the Starbucks Flagship store page, and click on MEMBER tab. Click on Link Existing Membership. Accept the T&C and sign-in using your Starbucks Rewards registered email and password. Wait for the linking to process. Successful linking will display the Member details page. Once the Starbucks Rewards account is successfully linked to the Lazada account, you will now start earning 1 Star for every P40 spent on the Starbucks Flagship store on Lazada starting June 16, 2022. IMPORTANT REMINDER: Only purchases from the official Starbucks Flagship store will earn Stars. Orders made in Starbucks at Home store or other stores on Lazada are not eligible.
I do not have a Starbucks Rewards account, how do I register for one?
Go to a Starbucks store and activate a Starbucks Card. Go to the Starbucks Flagship store page and click on Sign up for Membership. Accept the T&C and fill-out the registration form. Allow membership linking. Wait for the linking to process. Successful linking will display the Member details page.
What is the conversion rate to earn Stars?
Earn 1 Star for every P40 spent on the Starbucks Flagship store after successfully linking your Starbucks Rewards account to your Lazada account.
When will the Stars I earned from my Lazada purchase be credited to my Starbucks Rewards account?
The Stars will be credited to your Starbucks Rewards account after 7 days upon successful delivery of your order. Any Stars earned from a cancelled or returned or refunded order will be adjusted (debited) from the Starbucks Rewards account.
What rewards can I redeem?
Every 100 Stars earned will automatically convert to a Rewards voucher and issued to your Starbucks Rewards account. The rewards voucher can be used to redeem a free drink (any size) or select bakery item or slice of cake. Simply visit any Starbucks store, bring your Starbucks mobile app or registered Starbucks Card with the rewards voucher and tell the barista that you are redeeming a Starbucks Rewards voucher.
Will the Stars or Rewards voucher expire?
An issued rewards voucher has validity of 90 days upon issuance. It will be removed from your Starbucks Rewards account once it expires. Stars that are not converted to a rewards voucher will expire annually on your Anniversary Day of joining the Starbucks Rewards Program (e.g. customer joined November 2 (Anniversary Day); unconverted Stars earned from November 2 to November 1 (next year) will expire on November 1 and so on annually).
How can I track my Stars or Rewards voucher?
Track your Stars and issued Rewards voucher using the Starbucks Philippines mobile app or via the Starbucks Rewards website (starbucks.ph/card). Download the mobile app from the App Store or Google Playstore.
Can I earn Stars on purchases from other merchants on Lazada?
Only orders from the Starbucks Flagship store on Lazada will earn Stars. Purchases from other merchants or “Starbucks at Home” store or “Starbucks Ready-to-Drink” store are not eligible.
